Nectar started in 2016 with the goal of creating a sleep revolution. Beginning with a single all-foam mattress, they wanted to help customers find the best sleep of their lives at an affordable price. After honing their craft for a few years, Nectar launched its Nectar Lush model before launching two premier models.

Nectar is so confident in the quality of their mattresses that they offer a forever warranty and yearlong sleep trial. They also sell bed frames and bedding accessories, like mattress protectors.

Financing

Nectar offers financing through Affirm and Splitit. When checking out online, you can see if you qualify to get 0% APR. After providing some information, Affirm will notify you about the loan amount you’ve been approved for.

Payments can be made across 3,6, or 12 months. For instance, if you buy a queen-sized original Nectar for $899, you can choose to pay $299.67/month for 3 months, $149.83/month for 6 months, or $74.92/month for 12 months.

Shipping and Delivery

All Nectar mattresses come with free shipping in the contiguous U.S. Those living in Alaska and Hawaii have a $150 shipping fee, which is non-refundable. Shipping typically takes 2-4 business days. 

Your mattress will arrive at your doorstep compressed in a vacuum-sealed plastic bag inside a tall box. When unboxing Nectar mattresses, we noticed a slight off-gassing smell, which went away fairly quickly and is normal for bed-in-box mattresses.

Sleep Trial and Warranty

Nectar truly puts its customers first by offering them a 365-night sleep trial and a forever warranty. That means you can test out their mattress for a full year before making your decision. During that time, if you decide you no longer want your Nectar mattress, you can return it for free for a full refund.

Nectar’s Forever Warranty has your mattress protected as long as you own it. For your first 10 years after buying your Nectar mattress, Nectar will replace it with a brand new one if they deem a defect in workmanship or materials. Going forward, they will either repair, recover, or replace your mattress. The warranty covers the following defects:

• Body impressions deeper than 1.5”
• Defects from normal wear
• Splits or cracks in the foam
• Mattress cover defects
