Trial Period

Helix and Saatva both offer customers a sleep trial period where they can try out their mattresses before making a commitment. Saatva’s trial period is slightly longer, lasting 365 days, while Helix’s trial period is 100 days.

Helix requires that customers keep their mattress for at least 30 days since that’s the average mattress break-in period. If after 30 days, you decide you no longer want the Helix mattress, you can contact the customer service team and return it for a full refund. Helix will arrange for someone to come pick up your mattress to donate to a local charity or recycling partner.

Similarly, Saatva also will arrange to pick up your mattress if you are unhappy with your purchase. They don’t require a 30-day break-in period so you can return your mattress at any time during your trial period for a full refund minus the $99 transportation fee.
