Layla recommends these options for a mattress foundation: put it on the floor, use a traditional bed that requires a box spring, get a platform bed, or try an adjustable bed frame.
Knowing that you can flip the mattress, we’ll describe the four layers inside the Layla mattress like a sandwich:
All layers are surrounded by a thermo-gel cooling cover. (Note: the more you cover the mattress with a mattress protector, topper and/or sheets, the less likely you are to reap the benefits of the cooling cover.)

It can take up to 30 days to fully break in your new mattress. During this time, your body will get used to the new mattress feel and the mattress will have time to fully take shape and provide all the benefits it was designed to offer. But the good news is you have plenty more than 30 days in your trial period!
