The Saatva Youth mattress is a luxury innerspring mattress made for growing children. This is made possible by its dual-sided flippable construction; when your child has outgrown the 3+ side, simply flip it to the other 8+ side. This mattress is built to last your child years of comfortable and restorative sleep.

The top layer is designed with 5-zone support that ensures proper spinal alignment, something side sleepers should look out for. The middle layer is made of dual-sided pocketed coils that use Saatva’s spinal zone active wire to support a healthy sleep posture, great for all sleeping positions, including stomach sleepers. Compatible Foundations

While the Saatva Youth is compatible with your box spring or solid platform bed (if it is in good condition), Saatva offers a custom foundation, specially crafted for the Youth mattress. The foundation is available in two heights: 4.75” and 8.75”—it all depends on whether you’d prefer a taller bed. The Saatva Youth performs the best with this custom foundation.

The Saatva Youth mattress also works well with bunk beds and loft beds. Be aware that the Saatva Youth is a multi-layer mattress it is thicker than a standard bunk bed mattress; be sure to check the dimensions first.
