Mattress Names | Mattress Type | Best for | Price Range |

Hybrid 2000 | Hybrid (Gel memory foam and coil system) | Side sleepers | Price varies by retailer |
Hybrid 3000 | Hybrid (Gel memory foam and coil system) | All sleep positions | Price varies by retailer |

The Serta iSeries Hybrid 1000 is perfect for sleepers who want that all-around feel in their mattress. The Hybrid 100’s unmatched support system relieves back pain and provides ample support to sleepers by cradling their pressure points. The Hybrid 1000 model is designed with high-tech materials, such as Carbon Fiber Memory Foam and a 1025-density coil system.
Do you like a sturdy mattress that doesn’t sink under your weight? Then you’ll have to check out the Serta iSeries Hybrid 300 Plush Mattress. It’s the only firm mattress in the series, perfect for stomach sleepers who sleep best on a firmer bed that doesn’t allow them to sink too deep. This is also the only iSeries that includes Gel Active Max Memory foam—a material that consistently draws body heat away from you.
Like the iSeries 1000, the 3000 has a medium feel that should appeal to most types, especially stomach and back sleepers. The wonderful blend of comfort and support creates a surface that does a good job of isolating motion from you or your partner, so your slumber is not likely to be disturbed by each other’s restlessness. And, like the other iSeries models, the Max Cold cover keeps things from getting too warm throughout the night.
The Hybrid 1000 Firm is an average-firm mattress designed for maximum comfort. Indeed, the plush surface of this bed feels much like a cloud. This level of plushness may not be for everyone. Stomach sleepers, for example, need a bit more firmness to hold up their soft midsections. That said, if you are all about sinking deep into your mattress and feeling like you’re being hugged all night long, this might be the right choice for you.
The Serta iSeries beds are not your only choice if you want a Serta mattress. Here are some other Serta beds we think you’ll love. The best part? They’re available online.

That answer will depend on a number of factors. Luckily, Serta’s iSeries Hybrid mattress collection includes a variety of options fit for many different sleepers.
The Serta iSeries Hybrid 100 Firm mattress is ideal for stomach sleepers or heavyweight sleepers who need more durable support. This model has an extra-firm feel, which provides phenomenal support and relief from back pain. A word of caution about this bed though: because this mattress is extra firm, I’d really only recommend it to either plus-sized sleepers who don’t want to sink into their mattress, or stomach sleepers who enjoy a very firm mattress. Lightweight sleepers, of any sleep position, may find this mattress to be too stiff or rigid for their liking.
That brings us to the Serta iSeries Hybrid 300 Plush mattress–– the name alone speaks to who this mattress is best for. Side sleepers need a softer mattress that allows them to sink into the bed, cushioning their hips and shoulders. If you enjoy a plush feel to your bed, meaning you like to feel enveloped and cradled by your mattress, this is a great pick for you. Heavyweight sleepers as well as stomach sleepers should be wary of the plushness of this mattress; it doesn’t provide these types of sleepers with enough support for a comfortable night’s sleep as they may find themselves sinking too deep into the bed, which can cause aches in the morning.
Not to be biased, but if I had to pick one from this list, it would be the Serta iSeries Hybrid 500 Cushion Firm mattress. This bed was made to accommodate all sleep positions and the average sleeper, thanks to its firm feel topped with contouring comfort. If you enjoy the feeling of floating on top of your mattress, this is the bed for you. It does classify as a firm mattress, but you wouldn’t know it by the soft layers that rest on top. This is a great choice for back and stomach sleepers who need support, but still want to be cushioned in all the right places.
That brings us to the Serta iSeries Hybrid 1000 Firm mattress, which is a close second for me. It has a medium-firm feel that allows you to sink into the mattress some for extra cushioning, but not as much as sinking as the Hybrid 300 Plush bed. It’s a great in between, in terms of firmness, for the Hybrid 300 Plush and the Hybrid 500 Cushion Firm; if you’re torn between the two, this bed offers a nice middle-of-the-road feel. It’s designed for side sleepers in need of pressure point relief and support, but it’s also a nice choice for lightweight back and combination sleepers.
As far as which one is the best mattress overall, it’s hard to say. All of the mattresses use a gel foam and coil construction, and integrate cooling features in their design. Point blank– the Serta iSeries Hybrid 500 is the most universal thanks to its balanced feel, but all have their own unique qualities that work for a variety of sleep needs.

For the Serta iSeries Hybrid, shipping and delivery policies will vary by retailer.
There are three common ways that retailers ship mattresses: curbside, white glove (includes set-up), and red carpet (delivered within 3-4 hours). Shipping and delivery policies depend on the company. Mattress in a box companies usually ship their mattresses in 3-8 business days. Some retailers may offer free delivery.
Typically, Serta gives a 120-day sleep trial period. However, because the Serta iSeries Hybrid Mattress can only be purchased via select retailers, and not directly through Serta, this does not apply. Any sleep trial offered depends on the policy of the retailer you purchase the bed through.
Every Serta iSeries® Hybrid sleep system comes with a limited 10-year warranty. This warranty covers specific parts of your iSeries® Hybrid, protecting you from the financial costs of standard mattress degradation that can occur from everyday use.
The return process for Serta mattresses depends on where you purchased your mattress. Because you can’t purchase a Serta iSeries Hybrid mattress online, the return policy can vary across different retailers. To find out more information on a specific store’s return process, you’ll have to reach out directly to the retailer for information and instructions on how to make a return.
To cut to the chase, you should consider a Serta iSeries Hybrid mattress if you enjoy the feel of a hybrid (coils + foam) mattress, if you’re a hot sleeper, or if you sleep with a partner. The Serta iSeries Hybrid collection uses cooling technology in each of its mattress designs and follows a similar construction for each mattress, the main difference between them being the firmness level. Also, thanks to the combination of coils and foams, every mattress in this hybrid collection has great motion isolation, meaning if you sleep with a partner, you can rest undisturbed without your partner’s movements waking you up.
The Serta iSeries hybrid mattresses aren’t for you if you have a preference for traditional memory foam mattresses or conventional innerspring beds. The mattresses in this collection use a combination of materials, so if you’re married to more orthodox mattress designs, this may not be the best choice for you. Also, if you’re trying to cut costs, these mattresses aren’t exactly budget-friendly. The exact prices for each vary by retailer, but they all cost over $1,000. And if you’re dedicated to online shopping, you may be disappointed. This Serta line in particular is only available in-store, but if you’re interested in Serta and want to shop online, they offer their Perfect Sleeper and iComfort lines online.
No, Serta’s iSeries Hybrid mattress is made to be a one-sided bed. There are no two-sided models available. However, some choose to flip their mattress and add a mattress topper for extra comfort.
The iSeries’ Hybrid offers excellent motion transfer, which means that it effectively isolates motion between one side of the mattress and the other. This makes it a great option for couples who share a bed. You’ll be able to sleep peacefully, unaffected by your partners’ movements throughout the night.
The Serta iSeries Hybrid collection cannot be purchased directly through Serta— only through select retailers. Check with the retailer to see if they offer a box spring with the mattress.
Like most hybrid mattresses, the Serta iSeries perform best on solid bases that provide a good deal of support. Consider using a bunkie board, or narrow slats.
