Surprisingly, there is still a ton that we don’t know about sleep. Researchers have been hard at work to understand more about why we sleep, how we sleep, and the effects sleep has on our overall health. While science has come a long way, there is still plenty to uncover in the sleep science world.

Our editorial and research teams are always studying sleep behaviors, trends and other important topics related to sleep health. Below you will find all of our proprietary data from our own sleep surveys we’ve conducted, along with our take on recent discoveries in sleep research.
