How does the 100-night trial period work?
A.
From the day that your Leesa mattress is delivered, you will have 100 nights to decide if the mattress is right for you. Leesa does recommend that you sleep on the mattress for at least 30 nights before initiating a return. If you decide to return the mattress, you’ll simply contact Leesa’s customer support team and they will walk you through the return process. A Leesa representative will arrange for your mattress to be picked up from your home and donated to a local charity in need.

How long will it take for the Leesa mattress to be delivered?

Leesa ships free and will arrive at your door in 3-6 business days. (Shipping is also free to Alaska and Hawaii, but there is a $100 fee for returns.)
In select locations, you can also choose White Glove Delivery. For an additional $100, you can have your mattress, foundation, and/or bed frame taken to the room of your choice and set up. Any unwanted packaging will also be removed. For an additional cost of $50, Leesa will also remove your old mattress.

Can I finance my Leesa mattress?

Leesa offers 0% APR for 6, 12, or 18 months through Affirm. Simply select “Affirm” at checkout to complete the application process. Affirm orders are not eligible for current online promotions, offers, or discounts.
