We love that Saatva is inclusive of all body types, including larger and heavier people. The HD is Saatva’s solution for heavyweight shoppers who struggle to find a mattress that keeps them comfortable and well-supported.
Of course, first and foremost, we’d recommend this bed to heavier shoppers weighing above 230 pounds. However, Julia found it to be a viable choice for those who sleep hot and prefer the feel of a firmer sleep space.
The HD is a unique hybrid, in that it contains latex, memory foam, and coils. Conversely, many hybrids only include memory or latex for their foam layers rather than both.

The Saatva Solaire is a unique offering from this brand as it has an adjustable design that can provide you with a firmness range from soft to firm. In doing so, you can modify the Solaire to whichever setting is most comfortable for you.
As such, we think the Solaire could be great for anyone who wants to be able to customize their mattress more. We also recommend the Solaire for hot sleepers and couples.
The Solaire’s unique, adjustable design incurs a higher price point, though, so it won’t be the best budget mattress from Saatva.

The Loom & Leaf is available in a Relaxed Firm and Firm version, which is great for added customization. The Saatva Youth is a mattress specially made for kids.
This is a flippable mattress. While one side is designed for young children between 3 and 7 years old, the other is made for kids from 8 to 12. Both sides are marked as such so you know which is which.
