Cancers will keep you up all night with all the noise they make. 33% of Cancers snore and 26% talk in their sleep! Be careful with your complaints, though. Criticism can make Cancers crabby.

Libras are a balanced sign, and their sleep reflects this quality. Among all the factors we polled people on, Libras fell right in the middle. They don’t sleep perfectly or horribly, too short or long, or have any prominent sleep problems.

Less than 3% of the general population kicks in their sleep, but 15% of Scorpios report having a habit of sleep kicking. These water signs are known to be intense, so it’s no surprise their energy forces its way out during sleep.

Named not for experiencing nightmares, but being one. Sagittariuses are known for getting the least amount of sleep and having the weirdest sleep schedule. This fire sign is also most likely to sleep alone (48% do) which comes as no surprise since they seem terrible to sleep with.

Of all the signs, Capricorns grind their teeth at night the most (28% do). Bruxism is common for people who are stressed, overworked, and worrying too much – aka Capricorns. Fun fact: According to medical astrology, Capricorns are known to be distinctive about their teeth.

Aquarians are rebels at heart, and this carries over into their bedtime. Even though 56% of Aquarians wake up tired, 29% regularly stay up past midnight. When will these night owls learn?

Pisces are governed by duality between the spiritual and physical. This emotional sign is often divided between reality and fantasy, which explains why so many Pisces (38%) have trouble falling asleep. Try meditation to become more conscious of each state and find sleep easier.
